The growing need to address challenges such as the development of the electric vehicle, the incorporation of renewable energies or the increased participation of energy storage highlight the importance of promoting a change in the way we understand electrical grids in order to achieve the objectives of a fully decarbonised economy. In this sense, Ormazabal has joined the Edge for Smart Secondary Substations Alliance (E4S) with the aim of adding our more than 55 years of experience in the electricity sector and our solutions to address the challenges of the energy transition in the development of a flexible, manageable and interoperable standard platform for the Smart Grids of the future.
At Ormazabal, we are redoubling our commitment to the development of a smart and digitalised electrical grid ecosystem, based on solutions that revolutionise and accelerate the energy transition and help achieve the goal of a climate-neutral economy. A task in which we collaborate by developing digital native solutions with the capacity to monitor and operate the medium and low voltage grid.
