We have joined the new Equality Think Tank, driven by PWN Bilbao and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia

The inaugural event, held last Tuesday the 14th at BAT B Accelerator Tower in Bilbao, featured our CEO, Jorge González, who signed the incorporation of Ormazabal into a think tank that aims to promote equality-oriented leadership through proposals, indicators, and concrete actions, fostering the commitment of top management in organizations.

Following this, and as part of the agenda after the presentation of the “Report on the evolution of equality culture and balanced leadership in the Basque industry,” our colleague Miren de la Cruz participated in the round table “Reflections and Advances on Female Leadership in the Industry” along with other representatives from companies in the sector such as Iberdrola, TECUNI SA, and Arteche.

The discussion highlighted the professional experiences of the participants in terms of female leadership in the industry, as well as the main initiatives promoted by their organizations.

At Ormazabal, we continue to take firm steps to achieve transversal equality at the organizational and societal levels.
